  • 5 years as senior expert und Head of CoC Acoustics at P+Z Engineering. Simulations and measurement of structural dynamics, structure-born sound and acoustics
  • Since 2017 at BMW AG as specialist for vibro-acoustics with emphasis on simulation methods for body in white development

Emphasis

  • During university on structural dynamics, modal analysis and shaker testing
  • During Ph.D. structure-born sound transmission and scattering in vehicle structures including FEA and ray-tracing simulations
  • On industry simulations with NASTRAN and measures with PAK and Test.Lab
  • Vehicle interior acoustics, free-field radiation, measurement techniques and signal processing
  • Uncertainty quantification in vibro-acoustics

  • Guest lecturer for mechanics, testing in structural dynamics and fundamentals in electrical engineering (Fourier and Laplace transformation)
