The Fachschaft Maschinenbau awards the best central exercises in undergraduate and graduate studies and thus honours the respective trainers for their tireless and successful commitment in teaching.
Norbert Heublein, long-time assistant in thermodynamics and three-time winner of the Golden Teaching Award in undergraduate studies (1st Prize 2018 and 2017 as well as 2nd Prize 2016), has hardly left the chair when his direct successor Jan Kaufmann is already on his heels with his Golden Teaching Award (2nd Prize 2019).
The entire chair congratulates Mr. Kaufmann on this outstanding achievement in teaching the subject of thermodynamics, which is perceived as generally demanding, and Mr. Heublein on this successful promotion of his successor.
